Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative

Join our team at Bedrosians Tile & Stone and bring your passion for design and sales to our luxury design center. As a Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer experience, providing personalized design advice while selling top-quality tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring, and countertop products. Responsibilities: --- Engage customers, identify their design needs, and provide expert guidance to help them select the perfect products for their projects. --- Conduct sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. --- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and our product offerings to effectively advise clients. --- Collaborate with team members to enhance the showroom's visual presence. --- Participate in hosting events from time to time and potentially help to plan events. Qualifications: --- Proven experience in sales; background in design preferred (interior, architectural, etc.). --- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-oriented attitude. --- Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. --- Excellent communication and organizational skills. --- Experience with Tile, Stone, Engineered Wood, Flooring, and Countertop materials is a plus. --- Ability to work full-time, 5 days a week including alternating Saturdays.
