Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Murfreesboro, TNSalary: DOE ( $110 - $145K) Note: For this position it is important for the candidate to have a PE license.Job Description:Company is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer, Project Manager based in our Murfreesboro office. This position will lead the project design, client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of commercial and residential development projects. The Civil Engineer, Project Manager will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public, private, and mixed-use projects.ResponsibilitiesProject and client managementManage and mentor a team to meet project goals and deadlinesPerform or manage the design of land development projectsAttend meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionalsAdditional related duties as neededRequirementsBachelor of Science in Civil EngineeringPE license6-10+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project managementStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated, team-oriented individualAutoCAD Civil 3D proficiencyExperience in managing all aspects of land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communicationBenefits100% covered health, dental and vision insurance, group term life insurance, identity theft protection, long-term and short-term disability coverage, telemedicine, and long term care insuranceGenerous PTO, paid holidays, and three additional paid days between Christmas and New Year's DayYearly profit-sharing bonus401(k) contributionCompensatory time paid out as PTO or additional pay if over 40 hours worked in a weekFlexible work environmentFocus on work-life balancePaid training time
