Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Review Manager for a remote position in the USA. Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight and review of the Bank's Commercial loan portfolio to assess risk and potential impact Lead and guide a team of Credit Review Officers, offering coaching and development Assist in developing strategies to enhance insight into portfolio risk and support special projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent working experience Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience or work leadership experience Proven ability in mentoring, coaching, and training others, as well as leading project initiatives Working knowledge of credit risk management techniques, credit regulatory guidance, and bank credit administration Experience with financial data analysis, credit policies, and guidelines
