This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who is also eager to develop into a Senior HR Business Partner supporting our Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing function. In this strategic leadership position, you will collaborate with the VP/Head of Human Resources to craft and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and total rewards programs that align with our organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring market-competitive compensation, and delivering top-tier benefits programs. Additionally, you will serve as a Senior HR Business Partner to the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams, providing strategic HR support, driving performance management, and facilitating organizational development. This role is ideal for an HR leader with a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and high emotional intelligence looking to expand beyond their specialty domain expertise. Essential Functions: Talent Acquisition (50%): • Partnering with the VP of HR, to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives. • Partner with leadership across the organization to forecast talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives. • Working with the HR team, lead the design and execution of recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and employer branding activities. • Drive the recruiting process for roles across the company and within the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing team, ensuring timely and efficient hiring. • Monitor, track, and report progress on recruitment KPIs/activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and quality of hires. • Oversee, track, and educate the workforce and leadership on DEI principles and application to ensure we maintain a diverse and robust talent pool. Total Rewards (20%): • Partner with the VP of HR to develop and execute compensation and total rewards strategies that support the organization's objectives. • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and best in class benefits programs. • Conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with industry trends and best practices. • Maintain the Job Leveling structure and effective utilization/application across the company. • Collaborate with finance and HR leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to total rewards/benefits programs. Senior HR Business Partner (30%): • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing team, providing comprehensive consultative support on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. • Partner closely with the President & COO, and other business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs, and provide proactive HR solutions and recommendations. • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, to drive employee engagement and performance excellence. Leadership and Collaboration: • Able to Foster a values-based culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other HR team members and department heads to drive HR initiatives, projects, and strategic priorities. • Represent the HR function in leadership meetings, making presentations, and even external forums, articulating the value proposition of HR programs and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Twelve (12) years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR business partnering. Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing talent acquisition and/or total rewards functions in a complex fast moving organizational environment. Commercial/Sales/Marketing team build out experience Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior experience within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is a must. The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at $195,000 - $215,000. The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity.
