Description:
Our client is a U.S. subsidiary of a public Japanese ramen soup company. They are looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team in their Santa Fe Springs, California office. Note this is an in-office position. The candidate should ideally be bilingual in both Japanese and English and have a strong background in accounting for a manufacturing business. Responsibilities: Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience Assist with payroll Post journal entries and own the month-end close processes Support management in the accurate production of budgets and forecasts Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts, credit card purchases and daily bank activity Assist in the planning and implementation of key financial software solutions Assist with external audit requests and other ad hoc projects Requirements: 3-7 years of accounting or related finance experience Knowledge of US GAAP required Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV Experience in the accounting department of a manufacturing company preferred Fluent in Japanese Strong accountability and detail oriented Benefits 100% premiums paid for family for Health, Vision, Dental Term life insurance 401K plus match Great PTO plan Powered by JazzHR
