A company is looking for a Program Assistant for its My School Votes team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with organization of key contacts and tracking students in the My School Votes Ambassador program Prepare materials for meetings and presentations, including weekly trainings and informational sessions Help track work progress by joining meetings with educators and ensuring relevant dates are added to the master calendar Required Qualifications: Recent high school graduate or currently enrolled in college/university Passion for civic engagement and social justice Understanding of the current digital media landscape and social media trends Ability to work with diverse communities and individuals Dedication to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion
