Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional services to patients and physicians while representing the office in a professional and friendly manner. We are a fast-paced Pain Clinic and need a solid, dependable, and energetic individual. The Front Desk Receptionist ensures that patient needs and visit expectations are met and ensures smooth operations while checking patients in and out of the office. This is fast paced environment with the goal of a positive patient experience with every encounter. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Schedule new patients Call patients regarding no shows and pre ops Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls, takes messages and provides information Maintain work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner Accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork completed Respect patients' right to privacy and confidentiality Scanning, filing, and other general office duties Qualities that we are looking for in a candidate are: Reliable team player Well organized Positive attitude Great Communication Skills Strong computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records Multi-Tasking We are looking for Full Time/ Permanent Employee We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package, including h ealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and Paid Time Off.
