Responsibilities:• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts.• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support.• Conduct property showings, and open houses, attend inspections and closings.• Create documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements to ensure a smooth home-buying process.• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process.• Stay current with market trends and local real estate developments. Qualifications:• Active California Real Estate License.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required.• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry is a plus. Compensation: $75,000-$125,000 About Company: The Borges Team, led by Justin Borges out of the Downtown Keller Williams office, serves real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the surrounding Los Angeles area. In 2021, Justin Borges and The Borges Team were ranked as the #2 Real Estate Team in the market center. You will be working alongside Justin, a top producing agent, on a daily basis.
