For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner• Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements• Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more• Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager Qualifications: • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career • Sales experience necessary• Knowledge of cultural markets a plus • Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus Your Transition to a Field Manager RoleAfter meeting specific requirements for the first 12 months as a financial professional*, you’ll be equipped and empowered with a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program.
