Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Supply Chain Process Manager to join our team, supporting the Americas Region. This critical role will lead supply chain improvement projects in collaboration with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) and regional supply chain teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain.Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate supply chain improvement projects within the NA region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. * Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain COE and regional supply chain teams to develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics. * Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for optimization, particularly in Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) environments. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams. * Utilize SAP and other supply chain planning tools proficiently to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making. * Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in supply chain activities, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance, identify trends, and proactively address issues. * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management roles, with a focus on supporting multiple business units in the North America region. * Proficiency in SAP and similar supply chain planning tools is essential. Knowledge of IBP in SAP is preferred but not required. * Travel required: approx. 25%. * Proven track record of leading supply chain improvement projects and delivering measurable results. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and motivate teams towards common goals. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Our Company:Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
